Our week 1 challenge to you: (did you catch it in the video?) Write a list of things you enjoy and bring you happiness and also a list of the things you’d like to change about/within yourself and things you’d like to improve on. Don’t just think it out in your head. Actually physically write it out so you can see it and as you do other ideas will come.
You can even print out the same worksheet we used to write our own lists.
